Our 7 step 1:1 therapeutic coaching programme
Our unique therapeutic coaching programme is designed to strengthen your wellbeing while helping you better support your children with FASD, ADHD and autism.
We meet your needs first. You’ll feel more supported and empowered while your children benefit from a more regulated, understanding environment and from the skills you model.
The seven step programme combines the SPARCS brain-based approach with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The cost of the programme is £399 including VAT and can be paid in instalments.
Session 1: Understanding your challenges and setting goals. The FASD and AuDHD brain, spiky profile, psychological flexibility, SPARCS architecture and Space skills
Session 2: Sensory processing, sense of self, noticing now and acceptance, SPARCS regulate skill
Session 3: Emotion regulation for adults and children, triggers, responses, NAB skill for regulation of feelings and thoughts, SPARCS clear and steer skills
Session 4: Executive functioning, managing change and unpredictability, PDA and autonomy need, self as context, SPARCS architecture skill
Session 5: Communication, FASD/autism phenotype, defusion, SPARCS clear skill
Session 6: Attachment and relationships for adults and children, shame and the NAB skill for self compassion, values, SPARCS positive skill.
Session 7: Reviewing goals, support and empowered advocacy, values and committed action, SPARCS space skill.
